There must be something in the air this week because today I received two messages from the angels – New Love (again) and Romance!

July is the month that ultimately represents the beginning of summer. The sun is shining and everyone is optimistic about embarking on a summer romance! If you have come to my page today, congratulations! You have either just found or are close to finding that special someone to walk through the wild flowers with!

Make sure you keep your eyes especially open for love right now! And when you feel that connection to someone, act! Don't let love slip away - the sunshine is meant to be shared with those we care most for. Invite your new sweetheart for a romantic picnic. And remember: the weather is ripe for a midnight swim – ooh la la.

Listen to Your Heart Today!

There is a difference between hearing and listening. In the hustle and bustle of the busy city, we hear all sorts of noises and sounds. But how often do we really listen to them? We have been trained to filter out the life sounds of the world around us and chalk it up to noise pollution. Are you guilty of this? Did you miss a reunion with a long lost friend because you didn’t listen to them calling your name from across the street?

Take time today and really listen to everything that is around you. Listen to the birds singing and the bees buzzing. Listen to your friends and family. But above all, listen to your heart. Listen to your intuitions and your gut feelings, and honour those feelings within you.

Ooh! I looked at the clock at 11:11. I have a few numbers that are significant to me, and if I see them I will be doing an additional reading!

As I mentioned in the last reading, in current economic times we are all feeling stressed. Whether we are worried about money, love, career, health, or whatever it is. The message here is not to despair! If you feel sad or overwhelmed, then your life will become even more depressing and unbearable! Be bold! Take charge! Go for it - even if you think it is out of reach or impractical financially.

It takes a lot of courage to see past the current realities (especially if they are less than perfect at present). Be brave enough to be happy - you will be welcoming more happiness and goodness into your life as a result!

Hello World! Here I Am!

Hello and welcome to my very first daily message! I say welcome, yet I really feel as though it is you, the unseen cyber-citizens, that are in fact welcoming me! Thank you for your hospitality!

Today's message to the Universe is New Love! New love can take many forms. It can take the form of a new relationship or love interest, as well as the rekindling of feelings for an old flame or current flame gone cold. It can also mean the discovery of a new passion or new favourite. Perhaps, you discovered a new flavour of ice cream, or maybe it's my blog that has you newly enamored ;).

However, the overwhelming feeling I got from this message when I received it was hope. I feel many people will be flocking to my blog looking for answers on new romance. One of the greatest quotes I have ever heard is, "Great love and great opportunity come from great risk." Love is risky. We put ourselves and our feelings on the the line for the sake of experiencing the love and joy that can come from an intense connection to a soul mate.

Things don't always happen as we plan it, though, and sometimes we experience that intense connection to another person when we are currently in a relationship with another. And while you may care for your partner, there is no denying the other person/soul mate.

In the current economic times, many people are coupling for monetary reasons. People feel that they cannot afford to pay the rent and the electricity bill if they live alone, and so they commit to someone they like but not someone they love. You can have a relationship and even a marriage of convenience and be perfectly happy, but you run the risk of never experiencing true love. And that to me is the saddest story of all.

In my opinion, all people are intuitive enough to tell the difference between lust and a soul mate connection. My advice to anyone who experiences this kind of connection is to drop everything and pursue this relationship! You will experience magic and romance like you thought only existed on the silver screen! :)
